This peculiar work appeared in SIGGRAPH 2008, under the title Date Enhancement of Face Attractiveness and tries on an algorithm in which has captured the aesthetic preferences of a pile of people on how they consider “a face beautiful”, according to their characteristics and different landlords.
What the computer does is to apply those rules, regarding the distances between diverse points of the factions of the face, on real images, modifying them, so that the result is… one more a “beautiful” face, in an automatic process.
